Smart kiosks and activation of a software platform to manage bookings and payments
The Kos Group, the leading Italian healthcare group active in social and healthcare service, has chosen Artexe, a Maps group company, for the implementation of an automated information system to manage patient multimedia reception.
Operating in 11 Italian regions and two foreign Countries, for a total of more than 8157 beds, Kos manages 86 facilities in Italy of which 50 residences for seniors; 15 rehabilitation centres; 13 psychiatric treatment communities and 6 mental health clinics and 2 hospitals. The Group is also present with 24 outpatient rehabilitation and diagnostic centres and 33 facilities for diagnostic and therapy (of which 15 in Italy, 15 in India and 3 in the United Kingdom).
In a five-year period, Artexe is going to develop specific solutions for incoming multichannel requests through smart kiosks and the activation of a software platform to manage bookings, payments and the download of clinical records and administrative documents with a web-based product integrated with the Kos Group’s accounting system.

This agreement concerns themanagement of the facilities in Civitanova Marche and the diagnostic centre in Porto Potenza Picena, and it includes a plan to extend the services provided to other facilities of the Kos Group.
Artexe’s technical solution is based on the Mr-You Enterpriseproprietary platform, a client-server architecture with centralized software, designed for the specific needs of the hospital sector and dynamically customizable according to the different ward, which can be managed flexibly from a single point of access. It will feature modules dedicated to management of outpatient clinics, administration counters, collection centres and first aid services. Artexe ensures evolution and the ability to integrate the solution with new systems, making upgrades and subsequent developments fast to implement and reducing costs.
Additionally, the FULL RISK technical assistance will ensure a first level help desk service and a second level application technical support.
