Citizens will be able to book with web or app the access time to hospitality services.
ASL Varese decided to stand as a benchmark in the hospitality health sector at both regional and national level thanks to the innovative service created by Artexe.
SELF-SERVICE HEALTH PROJECT
Artexe has designed and built a front end for Lombardia Informatica (APP and website) that allows the user, combined with a powerful management software, to register in a few easy steps and book remotely and autonomously access to the service reception into a desired structure according to time slots that guarantee the cancellation of waiting times. The user, through the corporate website http://www.asl.varese.it or mobile application (ASL Varese), has the opportunity to receive its booking confirmation via email. In addition, by accessing to personal page it’s possible to manage, modify or cancel their reservations at any time. In addition, there is information regarding the services offered by the various structures of ASL.
The service enables the staff to easily manage the ASL time slots thanks to an intuitive interface that allows better flow management for access to hospitality services with significant benefits for citizens in terms of level of service.
Thanks to SELF-SERVICE HEALTH PROJECT, users of this innovative solution can reset their waiting times for access to the structure and thanks to the access optimization, also the waiting time for users with “traditional access” decreased.
Now the service is launched on trial in two districts of ASL Varese (Saronno and Busto Arsizio) and the next few weeks will be progressively extended to all districts of the ASL (Tradate, Luino, Laveno, Gallarate and Azzate).
