Hardware, software and technical assistance for digitalization of the patient reception system for the new center in Meda
Istituto Auxologico Italiano, a Foundation that is a leading player operating in Lombardy and Piedmont with 15 hospitals, outpatient clinics and research facilities, has chosen Artexe, a member of the Maps Group, for the digital transformation of its new multifunction diagnostic center in Meda. The facility in the Monza e Brianza Province, which features easy access and comfortable modern rooms combined with a wide range of high-quality healthcare services, is going to feature also an efficient and state-of-the-art reception system. Artexe is going to provide the hardware, software and technical assistance needed to improve the Patient Journey in the new diagnostic center, which falls within the scope of the wider digital transformation project started by Istituto Auxologico Italiano.
Patient journey means the journey a patient is on while facing a disease. Disease management has a start, steps that include meetings, key moments with new awareness and obstacles, and finally the arrival at destination: the patient experiences all these steps like in a real journey. In accordance with Artexe philosophy, the patient is the focus point.
