Digital Innovation in Healthcare Award

The project developed for the Analisi Valdès laboratory won the 2016 Digital Innovation Award in Healthcare from the Politecnico di Milano in the “Citizen Relations” category. The project enables the management of patient reception and home visit bookings through Artexe’s Zerocoda® service, integrated with the laboratory’s website.

Fiaso Awards

Our #prelievoamico application, developed for Careggi Hospital in Florence, has won the FIASO award for its innovative approach to patient expereince management. The app allows patients to independently book appointments via PC, smartphone, and kiosks, streamlining the process and reducing wait times. We collaborated with Telecom Italia as the technology partner to design and implement the system, enabling online appointment scheduling through the hospital’s website, mobile app (Smart Hospital), or kiosks in the waiting area. Within just a few months, Prelievo Amico has facilitated over 5,000 bookings.

Distinction in Health Digital Innovation Award

The “Reorganization of First Aid Services” project managed by AULSS 5 (Arzignano Vicentino) received special recognition in the “Digital Services to the Citizen” category at the Innovation ICT in Health Award. The award was presented during the 2013 Research Presentation Conference hosted by the ICT in Health Observatory at the Politecnico di Milano School of Management.

The outpatient accommodation project at Sant’Anna Hospital in Como has won the “Digital Innovation in Healthcare” Award for its implementation of a centralized check-in and patient management system, which enhances the efficiency of patient waiting times.
