LA STRUTTURA
L'Azienda Unità Locale Socio Sanitaria n° 5 Ovest Vicentino ha un ambito territoriale di 500 Kmq, costituito dai territori di 22 Comuni nel Vicentino. La struttura ospedaliera è composta da 4 siti Arzignano - Montecchio Maggiore Valdagno e Lonigo con un bacino d’utenza di poco meno di 200.000 abitanti.
GLI OBIETTIVI
Obiettivo della ULSS di Arzignano era quello di migliorare l’interfaccia tra il Pronto Soccorso e l’utenza con maggiore comunicazione, trasparenza, informazione e comfort. Artexe, dopo un’attenta analisi del contesto e un lavoro approfondito con il primario, ha centrato l’obiettivo tant’è che la soluzione ha ottenuto una menzione nell’ambito del Premio Innovazione Ict in Sanità 2013 nella categoria “Servizi Digitali al Cittadino”.
RISULTATI
La soluzione di Artexe ha unito gli aspetti consulenziali e di processo con quelli tecnologici e di comunicazione. L’approccio multidisciplinare utilizzato nella revisione dei servizi di Pronto Soccorso ha combinato la riorganizzazione delle attività di prima accoglienza e di gestione delle attese con le opportunità offerte dalle tecnologia ICT, conseguendo un netto miglioramento del livello informativo al paziente e di razionalizzazione delle attività degli operatori sanitari.
THE STRUCTURE
The Azienda Unità Locale Socio Sanitaria n° 5 Ovest Vicentino covers 500 Km2 and 22 towns in the province of Vicenza. The hospital structure is made of 4 sites (Arzignano – Montecchio Maggiore Valdagno and Lonigo) with a catchment area of 200.000 people.
OBJECTIVES
The objective of ULSS Arzigano was to improve the interface between ER department and users, through better communication, clarity, information and comfort. Artexe, after a careful analysis of the context and a profound evaluation with the head physician, centered the target to the point that the solution received a mention at the Premio Innovazione Ict in Sanità 2013 in the category “Digital Services for Citizens”.
RESULTS
The Artexe solution put together the areas of consultancy and of process analysis with those of technology and communication. The multidisciplinary approach applied to the revision of the ER services combined the reorganization of the front line reception and queue management with the opportunities offered by ICT technologies, reaching a consistent improvement of information to the patients and of rationalization of operations.
