Blood tests can be booked online
This new technology is available through Sant’Anna Hospital website www.hsacomo.org from computers, smartphone and tablet.
Artexe® has designed and built for the Sant’Anna Hospital in Como a SaaS cloud computing that allows the user to register in a few easy steps and book remotely and autonomously access to the loboratories of Polyclinic in Napoleona street in Como. Citizens have access to 14 “booking slot” per day, one every 7/8 minutes and a dedicated queue for blood test combined with the provision of samples of biological material. Be noted that for the only provision of samples, the totem situated at the entrance of the laboratories in Napoleona street issues a ticket to make possible the delivery without making the same queue of those who need also a blood test.
If the patient does not arrive or arrive late, its reservation will be deleted automatically by the system. It may still access to the exam withdrawing the number at totem in the waiting room following the usual procedure. It’s also possible to cancel the appointment using the link provided in the confirmation email.
The aim of this service is to distribute in an orderly manner the users during the opening times of the structure, so it’s possible to minimize the time spent to provide them the performance and consequently reduce the number of people in waiting rooms.
The user logged to the Zerocoda® service can make reservations for itself and its family simply logging into link on the company website home page.
After the initial test in Napoleona street, from September Zerocoda® will be activated in the other hospital centers of the territory. In the future the service could be extended to other services.
